Most Harley's are convertible, if you mean the ability to take off the windshield & saddlebags -= so that doesn't help. 1999 was the last year Harley put the EVO (80 cubic inch engine) on some of their models - so that actually brings the price down. They went to the 88 dual cam in 98 & now have gone to the 96 inch dual cam (again bringing the EVO price down). Convertible what? Softtale or Hardtail? Whats the FL designation? So I doubt your bike is worth more than the sum of the bits you've put on it.. A $3000 bike with $3000 worth of extras is still a $3000 bike AND NOT A PENNY MORE. so your bike is valued about $3,000 and that is probably more than it is actually worth the addition of 2000 of chrome adds nothing to the value that is just what you’ve decided to spend and you’ve saved some other poor sup the job of doing it. again the dyna boost kit is the same.
